I'm Susan. I'm a Jesus-loving wife and soccer mom to four beautiful children. Growing up in the 80's I fell prey to the low fat, high carb mentality as well as the idea that "Beautiful = Skinny." For a long time I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I struggled with extreme fatigue after my 4th child, and wasn't going to accept that this was just the way it was going to be. After lots of self reflection, and studying at Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and after countless hours of research and digging, I learned what was best for my body. I decided right away that this process should be easy for others.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Essential oils support positive, healthy feelings. Why is Jesus one of my favorite tools? Well He's actually my favorite tool - if you can really call Him that. His love is relentless and He's chased me down and loved me. I love learning more and more about how He sees me and what He wants to use me for.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
I am a Health Coach and certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
